The
Central Coast Art Society is a dynamic group of artists and art supporters. New members are always welcome and this is your personal invitation to join us and participate in the activities of our society.

OBJECTIVES
- To bring together artists and people interested in art for lectures, demonstrations and discussions.
- To promote healthy group discussions and criticism of members' paintings, drawings and other works.
- To form and maintain classes for the benefit and instruction of members.
- To raise the standard of local art
- To provide an outlet for members' work through regular exhibitions
- To distribute a monthly newsletter to all members with details of art activities, other social news and information of interest to members.
ACTIVITIES
- Monthly social meetings held at 1.30pm on the fourth Wednesday of each month at the Gosford City Arts Centre Studios, 36 Webb Street East Gosford (4325 0056)
- Weekly outdoor paint and sketching groups.
- Workshops held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday each month (except for December and January) 9:30am – 12.30 pm at the Gosford Arts Centre, with tutors and demonstrators. $10 per morning.
- Regular exhibitions of members’ work at the Gosford City Arts Centre and other locations.
- Occasional excursions to galleries and other places of interest on the Central Coast and elsewhere.
